The Unit Summary

• This provides an instant account of how the Unit is being evidenced and indicates what should be seen referred to in the Assessment Plan(s), Assessment Report(s) and Assessment Summary(ies).
  
  

• If a Critical Incident is used then much of the detail will be contained in the CI reflective Account. This does not then need replicating!

The Evidence Reference Sheet

• This provides a detailed account of each piece of evidence and what component of the Unit this evidence meets.
