CPD - ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Mapping Job Roles
This section provides some examples of technician job roles that have been broken down into key functional components and these used to show which CPD Award Units are most appropriate for each particular job role.
Naturally a technician postholder may have different specialisms and areas of responsibility which may mean other Units are more appropriate- these are simply generic examples.
Determining exactly which Optional Units are best will need to be decided on an individual basis, sometimes with the help of a mentor or assessor.
