Online Applications

Application for membership (or membership upgrade) is available online. Please ensure that you have read the application guidelines before submitting your details. The online application process is 2-stage.

Stage 1 - Personal details/document submission

1. Download a hardcopy of the application form,
2. Complete the form and save as "app_formYOURINITIALS.doc" format(please do not include spaces in the "YOURINITITIALS" element of the filename)
3. Scan any supporting documents (eg. certificates) and save in "YOURINITIALS.jpg" format (no spaces in "YOURINITITIALS", add a number to this element of the filename if you intend to submit more that one image). You should aim to keep your image filesize as small as possible in order to speed transfer, especially if you going to send them using a standard modem connection
4. Email us your application, attaching all the relevant completed forms and scanned documents

Stage 2 - Subscription Payment

1. Once the upload of documents is complete your application will be reviewed and you will be notified which grade of Membership the Institute has approved.
2. You will then be required to pay the relevant annual subscription associated with your grade of Membership, and this can be done online or by cheque/money order or by bank transfer.

Once payment has been received your Membership Certficate and Membership Card will be forwarded to you and your name will be entered on the Institute's Register of Members.
